- Ideally, you have a B.S. or M.S. in Business Management, IT, or a related field
- You have business knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, or Finance, as well as a basic technical understanding of XML and SQL
- You have experience in creating business cases, project plans, writing technical user stories, and keeping an eye on project performance
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
About the Position
- The primary objective of this role is to understand and analyze clients' business needs and design optimal Odoo solutions that will help them digitally transform their business and work more efficiently
- This position is a crucial link between clients and technical teams, ensuring that client requirements are accurately understood and translated into technical specifications
- It holds a central role in the successful implementation of Odoo projects and the configuration of Odoo systems for clients
- An important task of this role is to capture the user requirements and document them in a structural form
- A key expectation of this role is the ability to analyze business processes and identify gaps/needs of our clients in order to come up with the most suitable Odoo solution
- It requires a readiness to confidently defend your proposed solution and engage in constructive discussions, including challenging client perspectives when necessary
- A significant component of this position also involves delivering tailor-made training programs designed to empower clients to independently and effectively utilize their new Odoo system
- This role also encompasses monitoring project progress and ensuring clear and consistent communication of status and tasks, both to clients and our Product Delivery team
- The role also involves identifying potential risks from a business perspective and proposing mitigation strategies
